 Bookable in Advance Appointments

A number of appointments are available for pre-booking.  Whilst helpful for planning, these can also be beneficial for patients who prefer to see a particular doctor.  You can start to book these up to two weeks in advance.  Please be aware that they can get booked up fairly quickly.

 Same Day/Next Day Appointments

We offer a number of same day and next day appointments for all GP’s and Advance Nurse Practitioners (ANP). However, we cannot guarantee you will see the GP or ANP of your choice if their appointments have already been taken.

 Urgent Appointments

We also have a ‘Duty’ doctor who offers daily afternoon appointments for patients who need to see a doctor urgently.  These will be offered to you once all the appointments for that day have been fully booked. The GP will conduct a telephone consultation first, but may ask you to attend the surgery for a face-to-face appointment.

Telephone Consultations

We offer telephone consultations, which may be more convenient for you. The Receptionist will take your details and a clinician will call you back. However, if the Receptionist, Doctor, or Nurse deem that you should be seen in the surgery, you will be offered a face-to-face appointment instead

Nurse Appointments

You can book nurses appointments up to one month before.  You will need to give the receptionist an idea of what the appointment is for so they can book you in with the correct nurse and give you the appropriate amount of time.
