You are a WCD Young Carer if you live in Wrexham, Conwy or Denbighshire, are 18 or under, and help look after someone who is unwell or disabled.

Supporting children who care for others. Young carers are defined as a child aged between 6-18 who cares for a family member they live with. North Wales Young Carers helps to give them a childhood in three key areas, school holiday respite programmes, individual & group support and working with schools/colleges to provide specialised support.
